Delivery Policy

Imported-to-order equipment

BLOR equipment marked “Imported to order” is sourced from the supplier’s Italy warehouse. UAE door-to-door delivery takes 30 days from order confirmation. Please check the delivery information on your selected product. Other suppliers’ delivery arrangements are shown on their product pages.

Delivery charges

For products marked “UAE delivery included”, the displayed AED selling price includes delivery to a UAE address. No additional delivery charge is added at checkout for those products. Delivery terms for other products are shown on the product page or at checkout.

Large equipment and project installation

Equipment delivery and installation are different services. Assembly, installation, site preparation, flooring and project commissioning are arranged separately when required. Please tell us about access restrictions, stairs, lifts and unloading requirements before ordering large equipment.

Delivery coordination and damaged items

Provide a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Inspect the product and packaging on arrival. If the product arrives damaged, retain the packaging and contact ATHLECULT with your order details and photographs. See our Replacement Policy.
