Replacement Policy

ATHLECULT does not accept change-of-mind returns or offer voluntary refunds. If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can assess the damage and arrange a replacement.

Reporting a damaged product
Please inspect your product upon delivery. Email info@athlecult.com or call +971585778018 with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Retain the product and packaging until we provide instructions.

Replacement arrangements
Once the damage has been assessed and confirmed, our team will coordinate the replacement and provide any collection or delivery instructions. Please contact us before bringing or sending any product to our office.
